Im so glad he said a pallet on the floor. I grew up in Arkansas doing this and everyone i knew growing up called it that. I moved to texas and people act like im stupid when i refer to it as that.
It's so sad that we live in the richest nation in the world and young men and women everywhere are growing up like this. Proud he succeeded despite that environment but man it's a sad state this country has been in since the 80s
It was a typical day for you, you were too young to understand hard times. All you need at that age is the love of your family and you're happy. Hard times aren't hard at all when you go thru it with the ones you love. Imagine going to prison, but going into a cell block with your whole family…not so badπ
I saw this dude while on the raiders play one game he was struggling then he got rocked and went to the locker room and came back out damn near limped and got back to work. I knew he wasnβt playing. This story checks out π¬
Its crazy he so right you cant miss what you never had we had beds but never had pillows today i can more than afford a pillow i just sleep better without one
I went thru the same thing as a kidβ¦.. I rather sleep on the couch or make a pallet on the floor because that was most comfortable to meβ¦. But when I finally did try the bed in my room my life changed!!! I do still like to sleep on the floor sometimes, even in my 2 story 4 bedroom house with in ground pool!
Iβm pissed off this dude plays for Green Bay, but it makes the most historic rivalry even more intense and Iβve always admired Joshuaβs story since he entered the league. The testimony his father gave to ESPN was powerful.
Bless you i know the story well well my children son do a hbo story on it the problem is the story line people can't understand it ethier but they love to hear it and single parent mother preferred homes
