Hey guys, I’m from the future and I’m here to tell you that the Jets/Blues game WILL be as exciting as the Avs/Stars game! Plus, the Hockey lord’s work has been done this postseason with the Boo’s and the Mild both being eliminated in the first round. All is right in the world…. Now I just need the Stars to get knocked out in the next round.
SMH – Trotz is killing us
Ladies, good one, I'll say I'm Mr. Optimism but without getting totally hyperbolic but tonight is probably not the last time this franchise will be in in play for some kind of lottery pick. I'm not sure what Barry saw or how he came to his conclusions on Bruno, but I'm not getting the sense this is going to be better next year. The players said "no mas"—and man, I'll tell you during this long painful season the answer is Bruno "needs more tools in the toolbox" I'm a strong "no" vote on that one. At no point did this look like this was working in really any kind of measurable or "hey we improved here—" or "well, we had a nice run at this point in the season, so we can do this…" Not a great way to sum up what this on ice product was….or will be…
I for one am not against the moves he made last year but I’m not convinced this coaching staff is willing to change their ways or schemes they’re running. Sometimes you have to make adjustments accordingly that best fits your team makeup.
