They are not linked to him..they are open to an interview but definitely should not be GM. Only person I want is Darche from Tampa he comes from a winning organization.
Please no to bergevin
Another name Ive seen listed in articles is Rob Blake. He is the current gm of the kings. His contract expires in this offseason. I could see the Kings parting ways with him if they loose to the oilers for the 4th straight year. He was originally hired as assistant gm, and was promoted to gm in 2017. The kings won the cup in his first year as assistant gm. Blake also has a connection to our coaching staff. Blake is a former teammate of our head coach Roy, having played with him in Colorado
Logan Mailloux is going to be a top 4 nhler.
I don't know about slamming Bergevin for the Galchenyuk pick because Galchenyuk was pretty much a consensus pick at that spot in the draft and while his career ended badly he had a couple of decent years. At the start he looked like he'd have a good career but his off ice problems derailed him. And that was a pretty weak draft. When the top scoring player 13 years after a draft has less than 700 points, you know there wasn't much available. The best players from that draft were the goalies (Hellebuyck, Vasilevski, Ullmark, etc.)
Your French pronunciation is super creepy
Bring back Snow! Now he doesn't have a cheap owner. Or just ask Varley…he's not gonna play anymore anyway.
No to Bergevin……. he's gonna be another Milbury.
Bergevin sucked as Montreal's GM. Why would we want him here?
Bergevin did a pretty good job. Montreal made playoffs. He might make a better president.
Marc Bergevin did play on the Isles 93 Team.
That said – we need farm builders…I still say TB, Dallas, Colorado, Carolina Asst GMs would be best options.
To be fair with Dvorak I remember Dvorak was coming off a very good year with the Yotes. Young center that was producing good for a 1st and 2nd didn’t look bad at the time. Dvorak hasn’t panned out with Montreal though.
