I think both of them are going to make a deal out of it till a certain player who has haunted this organization since he signed is gone!!!
Rick already knew Quinn aint coming back and can u blame him??? ownership and management are just jokes.. thats why Quinn didnt answer his phone… He already knew what Rick was doing…
None of this drama is very good for Tom Willander as well.
Lego i love your content… been waching since 2017… Keep in mind that Petey is difference maker and has been since he got drafted. Assuming that he just stopped playing for Tocchet, incomes a new coach and Petty will be back to his old self.
No good players will want to come to this dumpster fire org will get the guys nobody else wants or cant find jobs this team will never win the cup
Is it all possible that he was just giving Quinn the heads up on him leaving… one friend to another, that he was going… so he didn’t hear it in the media. We do not know what they were talking about so why speculate. Oh ya, feed the negative narrative. Just about ready to bail Lego
All you are doing is feed the negative narrative over these Canucks (yes others are doing it and you are just reviewing). No wonder players do not want to stay here with this constant CONSTANT negativity. You are better than this
Aquilini needs to sell the team. Or make michael buble a shared owner. Where aqulini had no part in the decisions.
Don't think Rick and some of the player's don't like how's this team management is heading that's why they want out.
We are cooked
Jim Rutherford's a walking red flag talking about our players like they're worth nothing
that is bang on about hughes' declining trade value as time goes by .he can just walk to n.j. without depleting his new team . And what a way for rutheford to ride into the sunset , tail between legs … he can just join the already well- stocked ring of Shame
Did Hughes come out and say he isn't leaving?
Nope.
Guys, it is pretty obvious. The writing is on the wall.
If Hughes leaves, we better get Bedard here somehow. Get a 3 way trade going. Let's hope Bedard hates playing in Chicago and wants to play for his hometown. If not…..well, I guess our tragedy will turn into comedy soon.
It’s not your job to dig dirt!
Why wouldn't they both be dissatisfied. Are you guys fckn blind. Dumpster fire and the only ones that don't know it are a bunch of Canucks fans.
The players probably already knows that the Canucks management is a joke…. The owner of this team needs to change, Patrick and Jim should be both on the chopping block for their jobs….I would probably consider trading Quinn Hughes and some of our top six players for draft picks and rental players. THE SMARTEST thing to do right now is continue to build this team through draft picks and scouting the right players that can play Canucks style hockey. This team needs to go through the proper rebuilding stage…. Trading away early/late draft picks is only going to hurt this team….The Canucks management team is a joke and everyone sees it. 😒😮💨😡
I hear Jim Benning is looking for work lol…sorry but this is getting scary for me
When you have idiotic managers running the show it’s no wonder. Rutherford is a senile nut & Alvin isn’t too far behind.
I used to like J Rutherford and P.A. but after this year OMG wish we could get a much better management team. J
R says he wants to be very transparent with the fans. But no fan wants this transparency if it ultimately affects the team long-term. Wish he could just keep his big mouth shut with the media!!
I don't think this is accurate. Tocchet was never going to stay, and frankly, it shouldn't have been his choice. I'm sure it was just Tocchet giving Hughes a head's up. Canucks need to find a way to get the other two Hughes brothers & re-sign Quinn.
Why are you such a great fan, but all you do is insult the team!
Negativity sells
I've waited 35 years for the Nucks to have a top 3 D-Man in the league. Now that they have him, the guy wants to leave town IN HIS PRIME.
Quinn Huges contract ends in 2027
So the argument that it has something to do with coach leaving is just nonsense.
Pretty sure Tocchet was approached from Flyers after Torts was gone
And after Mike Sullivan left Pens there was no point staying on Vancouver
