A.J. Greer Makes Playoff Debut, Florida Panthers Host Lightning in Game 4
to hope to inject into this series here. Super excited. Um, you know, happy to join the group and and be a part of it. I can’t wait to play in front of our fans. Um, as far as my part in injecting something into the series is just how I play, um, how I played during the regular season, that’s up and down. Um, really fast hockey, physical, um, responsible, and, um, getting the momentum on our side. Um, that’s the biggest thing I think. Uh it’s been a kind of a momentum game and there’s a lot of nerves uh inside the building. So um you know my job is to to manage that and and again play in all three zones. But uh influence the play uh and get the puck into the offensive zone, get to the net, you know, get some whistles and set our team uh set our team up, you know, the next line going uh in a good position. You talk about momentum. How much momentum do you think you have coaching given the the career year you had in the regular season now coming into these playoffs? Yeah, it’s the same uh same thing that I think it’s really just making sure that I’m responsible with it, but staying physical and and and our team’s been uh doing a good job of that. Uh maybe a little bit less the last game, but again um feeding off that energy in our building and and the fans give us, you know, a little more jump. So, um, we got a task at hand here, uh, being up 2-1 to to really, uh, you know, step on their necks and be able to put ourselves in a really good position. Um, but we know it’s not going to be an easy one and it’s going to be back and forth. So, we got to limit the chances defensively, uh, and make sure that we, you know, we we play the game that we’re we’re used to playing in. That’s, you know, forchecking um, and closing closing fast defensively. whether you will pick up from the intensity, the feistiness of the series from first games despite not playing. Uh I mean it’s it’s the playoffs, but you’ve seen that intensity in the games uh that we’ve played against them in the regular season. So um I’m excited to to join the group and and and uh you know help them achieve what we uh we want to achieve. So intensity is going to be uh it’s going to be an all-time high and again like being physical, staying uh in between the whistles and feeding off of that energy and and setting that next sign up uh for success once you go out there. And you obviously signed your two playoff games. What was it like when you got the news that you would be getting into this game? It was great. Um yeah, it was awesome and you know I’m ready. I’ll stay ready. Um I I prepare the same way every day. So, um yeah, I’m excited and, you know, can’t wait to get out there. Thank you guys. Thanks, AJ.

AJ is a beast. Can't wait to see him in Game 4.
We need the 3-1 lead folks. Big boys need to show up tonight. Depth scoring needs to get going as well. Get it done boys.
The boy had a good chance to learn. Time to put another man on the 4th line
