The Oilers advance to the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs with their fourth straight victory over the Los Angeles Kings and a 6-4 win in Game 6.
What a great series! GG’s LA, both teams played their heart out with this one, had me on the edge of my seat the whole 60 minutes. But the Oilers showed their depth, Picks made some really clutch saves, and in the end Edmonton wanted it just a little bit more. Let’s go Oilers! Play La Bamba!

Kudos to the coaching staff for leaving Pickard in after LA scored 2 goals on it's first 3 shots. It's good to know when the coach has your back. It's just can't be for days and weeks (like Skinner).
The defense structure need to improve (it did) and not leave you sucky goalie(s) out to dry (Pickard was fine, made some timey saves, though let in a few soft ones. Better then skinner I guess) 3-4 lines still need to continue to score every game. Knight are no pushovers.
Edmonton owns Hollywood! The city of LA announced renaming the „Sunset Boulevard“ in „Oilers Street“! Theaters only play „Snapshot“ till the end of the year and the Lakers Cheerleaders will join every Oilers game in the Playoffs.
I've gone to all the home games in Round 1 and will do the same for Round 2. I've travelled to Edmonton from Australia and the atmosphere here is unlike anything we have back home! I'm so proud of the boys after how the first two games went. I was outside during the presser with Brownie, Picks and Knoblauch too. Play La Bamba baby! 🧡💙
Pickard has proven he makes crucial saves. Enough of them. Oilers will beat Vegas if the Knights dont bring baseball bats and run around clubbing certain players .
