For the amount of embellishments that have been called these playoffs, Benn should have been called in that. DeBoer had the nerve to say Makar dove in game 6 after that. Dallas definitely played some of the dirtiest hockey I've seen in a while in game 5. Ugly way to win a game but love the drama.
I'd have less of a problem with this take if there had been a high stick at all. Manson's stick glances off Benn's shoulder, not his head. Pure embellishment.

The problem is they didn't call the embellishment. On this play and the other call leading to the fourth goal.

You have to be in control of your stick other than a shot follow through. Yeah it was embellishment so should have been cancelling minors
