I know he’s the greatest goal scorer in history but why do teams leave him open on the pp? He just sits there and waits for the one timer pass and no one covers him- ever!!! I don’t get it, he’s the single biggest threat and they leave him open every time. Who cares if someone else scores but put someone on ov at all times , it’s not rocket science
its almost like teams should try to pick their best penalty killer and have him shadow Ovi and try to make the rest of the players essentially a 4 on 3 pp lol. hopefully no one can stop him tho cuz I want him to break the record

I'm a diehard Pens fan, but rivalries and bias aside, no matter your favorite team/players, you have to recognize how great a player Ovi is. Honestly im happy he got a cup and really its been pretty exciting watching every goal he scores closer to the all time mark. Hes a HOF shoe in who is still playing, you gota enjoy these guys while they still play! Same as with Crosby, people love to hate Ovi, but they know in thier hearts that they'd LOVE to have those players on thier favorite teams!
