I don't buy the "don't slow down the game argument"
The NHL could easily limit how long reviews can take and just say if it takes more than 1 minutes it is inconclusive. They could not allow slow motion replays and just say if it isn't visible to the naked eye it isn't obvious.
Not reviewing what should have been a major in an already contentious series is how we end up with another Bertuzzi ending Moore's Career moment.

Go look at the hit by Draisaitl against Barkov in the finals last year which was in close to the same position. Draisaitl got nothing for it despite the hit being much worse than Barkov's. Draisaitl left his feet with an arm to the jaw that knocked Barkov out of the game.
