  1. We all get chills thinking about this team bringing it back to Canada. To make Winnipeg relevant on the NHL stage, across all of Canada, let alone North America, would bring such pride into the city. Winnipeg/Manitoba isn't the most self-confident place, it's not really on the radar for people outside of the Province, and even our Prairie neighbors look down at us at times. People mock the province and make some really naive comments having only passed through for a day, a night, or even less sometimes. The heart and soul of the city is it's sense of community, it's small size and it's friendliness. Lots of cities deserve a cup, and should be proud of where they are from, but Winnipeg would be a pretty special story amongst those left in the race, and I think that most Canadians outside of MB would wake up a little if it happened, and maybe, just maybe, stop saying such ignorant things about where I call home.

  2. Adam needs to be "big man angry" tonight. The Blues have been targeting our top players, and the refs have allowed it. You know the won't allow much, though. they've been abysmal.

  3. I'd say he's pissed with Schenn. If the Blues continue to attempt to injure, we'll match that. Nail for a nail, tooth for a tooth
