Naturally, in a game where the Stars got absolutely whooped all over the ice, I'm reading quotes from their side about the Avs getting "better bounces" than them. We got a couple of lucky goals, and Dallas got a lucky goal. So, I guess we're supposed to do the math there and conclude that the Avs were luckier because they got one more lucky goal.
Never mind the two times Oettinger was cleanly beaten and it hit the post. Oh yeah, and never mind the fact that the Avs outshot and out-chanced them by a ton, were far more physical, and just dominated in every single way. Nah, let's focus on two lucky bounces for the Avalanche… I can't imagine standing in front of a microphone after getting my butt kicked, and saying anything other than that my effort, and my team's effort was not acceptable. instead these guys want to act like the puck was unfair to them. This after all of the dives they've been taking all series, makes Dallas easily the most unlikable team in the NHL.
