Liam, I know you won't say it, so I'm saying it for you: "apart from yr eardrum, please stick up for yrself and get yr team to order an immediate rematch down the line, PURELY on the stoppage, it was way to early and you didn't even get a count and you were just crouching down and I feel you deserve to have had the CHANCE to recover!! Maybe the stoppage was for the best – I don't know.
But I will say IT'S UP TO YOU NOW. I know you have the beating of Whittaker in my head and heart.
The ref robbed Liam, Ben and the EVERYONE of a clear decision. No on can say for sure that Cameron would have lost. Ben would likely take a breather even its for a couple seconds and Cameron could slip out and begin to throw again. Cameron started slow in the first fight and when it settled down he started to take over. But the ref made a bad decision and now we will never know.
So pleasing to know this guys now got enough to buy his house after what he’s been through that’s excellent whatever happens now he’s won in life
