I like the difference between how Skjei and Marchessault appear mediawise, tbh. And the ladies have some good points. Ideally, we need a new partner for Josi on the 1.D.
If Nick and Brady can work it out on the nr 2 pairing I believe the D can settle down somewhat with the kids making up the third pair. I mean, look at the roster.

I was more excited for Skjei than any of the other moves this summer, but his season has been the most disappointing for me. I don’t blame him entirely, but maybe a little. I think most of it was the “defensive scheme” that Bruno used. Skjei didn’t just forget how to play defense. He looked lost and I think it was “the system”. It also didn’t help that Trotz confusingly got rid of Carrier and Fabbro. Just an absolute head scratcher….
