Why cheer for Goliath? because they became Goliath when belittled as if they were David. Everyone belittled the idea of having a team in Vegas. Everyone hated on their draft.
I love the story of t he team that showed everyone to go suck it and went from a joke to the most consistent NHL Team. I wanted to cheer for David when the team had it's first games and buy was i positively surprised.
Watching Kiviranta during training camp, I really thought he had a chance to make the opening-night roster. He plays a lot like Cogliano, so I wasn't surprised that when Cogs went down Kivi came up. Also, thank you Finland for providing the Stars with tons of incredible talent!
Everyone sleeping on Markstrom because of Demko's last three games when Markstrom has been standing on his head the entire season and dragged the canucks kicking and screaming into the playoffs 🙁
