Hey Coach, I know this was not the year you wanted whatever you thought about your chances going into the season. Personally, I know that pressure is building from the bottom up via the various pipelines for the prospects that are now in the Sharks system and that pressure is going to continue to build every year as more guys are added to those pipelines and the competition builds from within to earn a spot with the Sharks.
I remember how Colorado during their hey day with Sakic and Forseberg kept popping out these great top 6 talents for years AFTER they were already champions. I can see the same scenario developing for the Sharks. Clearly this is the beginning of rebuilding so we aren't at that stage where the team is a top contender yet but, it seems to me that the Sharks will for the foreseeable future have the good problem of sorting through the various prospects and figuring out how to assemble the best rosters.
I am very glad that you are here to steer our team Coach and I think you did a remarkable job considering the amount of new faces to start the season and then the turnover around the trade deadline. It was all necessary and I am sure not unexpected but, that does not to my mind minimize the challenge that presented you and your staff.
I am very excited to see the talent continue to surge toward the top and the new players added via the draft and free agency/trades. I wish you and the boys all the best Coach. Hang in there!

Another ποΈ year for the π¦ but they still have a very bright future ahead of them π.
Need a number 1 defenseman and keep this team gritty cause we already have the young talent.

Dellandrea back? Yikes! What percentage of the season's TOTAL PENALTY MINUTES is Dellandrea personally responsible for? Please, no…
Worst head coach in NHL history. Only 1 more win than Quinn had last year.
Absolute Homer, should have hired Sturm over him.
Fire this coach!
ngl… he kinda cute
Play the Russians man
Still not convinced heβs the right choice.
