We need some of these inflated salaries of undersized Defensemen to expire or get moved. Krug being the big one. Leddy will probably be done after this year and Faulk. That’s $17 million in salary freed up. Marner is going to be available and the Blues need a #1 shutdown defenseman. I like Parayko but he is not a #1. He’s a solid #2. That’s just facts.
