0:00 St. Louis Blues
0:40 This is INSANE…
The St. Louis Blues have been absolutely terrifying, defeating the Winnipeg Jets in a dominate home win, forcing Connor Hellebuyck to be pulled because of the play of key players in Jordan Binnington, Robert Thomas, Brayden Schenn, Colton Parayko, Pavel Buchnevich, Cam Fowler, Jake Neighbours and many others stepping up under Jim Montgomery who has changed everything for this team. Mark Pye and Darius Domingues break down all this and more on this episode of Hat Trick HQ.

With the add on of Fowler ( and Sutter) the D is just controlling things. Winni looked lost in the 3rd and played softer so as to not get in the box, my guess. Off their game again is sad. Go Blues they are rocking it. These wins are insane.
I've been marinating on what the prevailing reason could be for this series to be where it is. Are the Jets folding and panicking? Are the Blues shifting into 5th gear and smelling blood in the water? My initial feeling is that all of this is happening in tandem and in equal portions. But, after some thought, I feel like it's the latter. Call me crazy, but to me, the Jets are still showing some poise, even in light of these beat downs. But, uhhhh…yeah. That train is coming down the track.
Blues fan here – seems like the whole team leveled up. They are in Playoff mode and want everyone to know! This has been a different team – even from the streak. Holy cow, wow. Let’s go Blues!!! 🎉🙌🏽
Maroon is not an STL lifer, but he is an STL native. His one year was 18-19 when the Blues won the Cup.
I’m a die-hard blues fan. I always expect the worst.
I kinda hope the blues win just so it’s another ‘fuck you’ to Sweeney and Neely
The John Gruden hype-up video is even better to get the Blues pumped up.
They lost the first 2 games because they spent the entire time kicking the crap out of the jets. Now that they've gotten to their game and actually playing, this is the results. Let's Go Blues!
Blues vs Avs will be fun
WE WANT CONNOR!
Binnington always stops more goals than the opponent
Blues post Game 2: I understand it now
Whineypeg L👀ks nervous 🥳
The Blues are barely scratching the surface.
At what point do you creators feel shame for tricking and clickbaiting your viewers? I’ve seen so many videos with this exact title for different teams…
If Edmonton loses in the first round and St. Louis gets past Winnipeg, the offer sheet haters in Edmonton are gonna lose their minds!
The Jets just simply are not as good as their record indicated. Same can be said for Connor Hellebuyck.
The Jets are just regular season heroes and the Blues have decades of playoff experience. The Jets have won 3 rounds in the last 20 years…
As a person who got tickets to game 6 of the Blues Jets series the second the playoff schedule dropped, you could say I'm very happy with today's win.
Still have to steal one in Winnipeg. Don’t want it to go to 7.
Losing Tucker is gonna hurt the Blues a lot more than people realize. We needed his grit back there.
great video guys, so glad my Blues are finally getting the respect us fans have known we deserved for a few months now !
They pistol whipped the jets. They will win in 6 I didn’t believe but now I do
Maroon coming back home (1 cup) vs Tampa Bay (2 cups) – 2 season vs 4 season: If he signs a one day contract to retire a Blue…!
are you guys going to breakdown the wild vs vegas game 4? would love to watch it. go wild
I PREDICTED JETS WILL BE OUT IN 5. I WAS WRONG, IT WILL BE 6. JETS ARE A JOKE. NO ONE EXPECTS THEM TO WIN. LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, MAYBE THE JETS WILL GO TO 7 GAMES NEXT YEAR IN THE FIRST ROUND. AS I SAID BEFORE, JETS WILL BE MAKING TEE TIMES BEFORE THE SNOW MELTS IN WINNIPEG. NO ONE REALLY VISUALIZES SCOTT ARNIEL LIFTING THE CUP, EVER!
Long live the Note
My biggest concern with this series, as it would be with any series against a division rival, is that the Jets feel it slipping away from them and start targeting Blues players to injure them. Maybe that won't happen, but the heightened physicality and intensity keeps me on edge.
LONGTIME Blues fan here, I'm delighted that the Blues are playing their brand of hockey and that it's paying off. I'm glad the hockey world is seeing what we've known about our Blues for a while. I wouldn't sell Winnipeg short however, they are a good team. There are still games to be played but I'm rooting for a Blues 2019 repeat. LETS GO BLUES!!
I'm a 9.9 percenter!
No sports team is ever terrifying…that's such stupid hyperbole. It's fr'kn sports, not Afghanistan. Good grief.
