I'd really like to see Blais get a shot with Vancouver next season. He's gotten better and better as he got healthier and then found his game in time, which is a very strong power forward game, with good speed and skill along with high compete level and effort.
I'd have to think Tocchet if back or Malhotra if hired to the big club would both love having this warrior play for them. Hopefully they just dont let this guy slip away because he could be a good small piece moving forward that adds grit and character needed.
Blais is a poor mans Miller that could replace some toughness the team is almost always missing.
