He is struggling to answer each question. Does he not have an answer to the Kings, is he worried this series is over or is he sick of the stupid questions the media asks? Its always the same no matter what team or series, too bad they can't lock the media out and only answer questions on how it went after the last game. MEDIA SUX!!!
This year, Edmonton spends 29% of their salary cap on 2 players, no money left for a "good" goalie. 26 million spent on McDavid & Draisaitl, less than 4 million combined for both goalies. I feel sorry for Skinner he is not a true #1 but has been shoved in that position. Lets see if McDavid will take a hometown discount next year like Classy players like Sydney Crosby have done to boost the team and not suck every last dollar they can get. If the Oilers start losing tonight I hope the crowd doesn't get on the goaltending, hockey is a TEAM sport even if you have "2 of the worlds greatest players" Skinner and the Oilers came within 1 goal of the cup last year but the Oilers also came within 1 goal of losing to the Canucks that were playing their "3rd string goalie" If a healthy Demko had been playing last playoffs I bet it would have ended up differently. I feel sorry for Edmonton fans to have such "great" players but the team still can suck is hard to take.
