Offseason Preview: Sabres have big changes coming, Utah to add backup, top 6 forward.
Hello everyone and welcome back to another End to End Hockey video, in this video we have out fifth offseason preview video to discuss as we look at the ninth and tenth teams who were eliminated from playoff contention this year in Buffalo and Utah, we talk about how a terrible defence and 14 game losing streak lead to Buffalo missing the playoffs for a 14th straight year, we look ahead to their UFA’s and RFA’s for next year as well as their draft capital as they have 9 picks and I give 5 ways I believe this team could look to improve in the offseason for next year including moving Byram, using limited draft capital to get immediate help and letting Levi play the entire season at the NHL level, and then we talk about how Ingram going to the NHLPA program and not getting enough depth scoring saw Utah miss the playoffs in their inaugural year, we look at that teams UFA’s and RFA’s and draft capital as they have 6 picks and I give 5 ways I believe this team could look to improve in the offseason for next year by moving on from Crouse/Maccelli, going out and getting a veteran top 6 forward and getting a backup goalie in case Ingram can’t start the year and I would love to hear your thoughts on all that was discussed in today’s video down in the comments section below.
