Lots to clean up that second period was awful . Robertson needs to come out for Kamp or pacioretty. You can’t have your two worst defensive guys on same line ( domi, Robertson) they were on for a goal , and Robertson penalty cost a goal . Let’s win game 3, and really plant a seed of doubt into Ottawa

I really like JT's answers. Very measured and complimentary of his teammates even if they're struggling. That said, I hope as a former captain and co-leader, he will be honest with his teammates behind closed doors if they need a kick int he butt. He's played really well this season but he's also been playing well all his career so he speaks from a position of experience and wisdom. I hope they can agree to a deal and sign him and not pull a Stamkos.

Great goal by Max, but it wouldn't have happened without Benoit's anticipation in the d-zone and then his screen on Ullmark. He didn't see the puck until he heard it rattle off the post and into the back of the net. A great sequence by Simon.

The Leafs only played 40 minutes plus overtime tonight. They looked way too far relaxed during the 2nd period. Stolarz was phenomenal. Loved watching him stick up for himself.

Ottawa played better in game 2, leafs were struggling in this one, probably thought it was be the same as the first game but glad the leafs won.
