For the fourth year in a row, this series is going to be fun to watch. Game one was just insane.

  1. Refs need to pay attention to McDavid holding the stick held kopis stick on their first goal. I caught 2 other times McDavid is holding players to get around them.

  2. I’m stuck between this jersey and the Blues 90s home jersey as the best jersey ever. That mix of blue, yellow and red is just stunning

  3. Should have known this game would be off the rails when the American anthem was done with a harmonica band. We saw a lot of these games down the stretch, where the Oilers make big comebacks, but I didn't know this was their playoff strategy. One moment it's 5-5 and the Miracle on Manchester, and the next they turn the puck over and it's in the back of the Oilers' net. It looks like the coach just put out the same exhausted players who tied the game to try to win it, instead of putting fresh legs on the ice that were capable of backchecking if the puck got turned over.

  4. Gotta score on the 5 on 3!! Kings tried to mail it in in the 3rd. Can't do that in the playoffs, especially with the Oilers.

  5. Once the Kings figure out how to get a lil aggressive and get the puck while having a open net..all they need to do is just skate up the rink to get a quality shot.. This wouldn't have never happened the tie.. They love shoot hail Mary's and miss alot… Can't do that in the playoffs period .. Especially with McDrai on the ice..

  6. Bouchard is a a huge liability to the team. He needs to be bench and another kid needs to get in. He cannot skate. He plays lazily and he is uncoordinated.

Sure he has a good snapshot from time to time but the goofs he makes far outweigh the benefits.

  7. Kings almost blew that game. They had 3 empty net opportunities and couldn’t close it out, allowing McDavid to set up and tie it eventually.

Not also that, the 2 minute 5v3, if you’re LA you gotta take advantage of those.

Kings had a good start in the first 2 periods, but went downhill and almost cost them.

  8. Almost EVERY Oilers game I watch, that Bouchard plays like a SLEEPWALKER, makes mistake after mistake. It MUST DRIVE HIS TEAMMATES CRAZY. He’s the perfect example of a ONE WAY PLAYER, AT BEST… The Oilers, as a team are a couple of players DOWN FROM LAST YEAR. Is it managements fault, I believe so…

  9. I lost my voice last night at the game gkg baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edmonton has there hands full if they can’t get there passing right. Leon and mcjesus will not single handily win them games exhibit A last night

  10. Two takeaways as a Kings fan:
1: Never count McDavid out of a game, no matter how lopsided the score is.
2: Perry is still a POS dirtbag.

  11. when you think this was the first game the oilers have played with this roster in almost a month. Its not that bad. It took 1/2 a game to get them back.

  12. This McDavid kid looked alright!
He might have a future in this game!!
Boy if this game made it to overtime I really think Edmonton wins it

  13. The first goal was only scored because of Mcdavid holding Kopitars stick. Happened again when they called Mikey Anderson for hooking when Ardvisson held the stick right in front of the ref.
