  1. I am a Canucks fan, and yes that was without a shadow of a doubt tampering. Lol. But the worst part is, it's tampering that actually hurt our position more than helped it. "Oh, Hughes wants to play with his brothers? Well guess who has two of them cost controlled for the foreseeable future? Us, the New Jersey Devils." They're not going to do Vancouver any favours by trading the Hughes brothers to the Canucks so we can re-sign Quinn when they can just hold onto them and just sign Quinn when his contract expires. Lol. I guess maybe we can try work out a trade with them. But we'd never get fair value for Quinn and Canucks fans would be just as pissed off as Dallas Mavericks fans are after they traded Luka Doncic.

  2. I dunno if Quinn comes to Jersey, but there is zero chance Luke and Jack go the other way (they're the only players the Devils organisation care about, in my opinion) 🤷

  3. I'd like to see Quinn Hughes win a stanley cup; hoping he moves on to a team with aspiration & dedication to winning the stanley cup, it isn't going to happen as a vancouver canuck any time soon, nor for the for see-able future, if ever at all, nuff said.

  4. "Tocchet did a great job coaching this year" but he had such poor control of the room that his two best forwards were publicly feuding til the point that one had to be traded?

  5. Rutherford is just covering his ass and making an excuse for when Hughes leaves. The year when he’s a free agent they will trade him.

  6. How about not enough? How about taking responsibility for their colossal failures in people management. Dinosaurs.

  7. EP-Pouty, 33% salary retention (F'ing STUPID contract; team DESERVES to keep some of it), Wilander and a 1st, for Jack Hughes (*if NJ are willing to even consider offers for him); would that be enough? If not, plus what ?? to Devils?

  8. The Canucks didn’t create an environment for winning. The organization only wants to seek the first-round playoff money.

  9. Coach is hard on kids. They know that wins are not easy to get. Team needs a guy like Bieksa to get the guys more up beat.
Quinn can not win by him self. Club must buy two tough players. A protect Petey. D that can clear net area. C a plan to man mark high pace and skill teams. D Stop shoot and chase game. Teach kids east west north and south. Stop throwing puck away.
