  1. My question is, how was Sacco as a bench coach? Make the decision to keep him or not based on that. He has been here 10 years or so

  2. Respect to Sacco. Did what he could with the hand he was dealt.
Will miss his never quit attitude although we all knew he was just part of the plan.
Sweeney must have saved a bomb for Jacobs.
Toughest season ever but Joe never faltered in his devotion to the Bruins organization and fans.

  3. I would go with Laviolette because he has Bruins ties having won the Calder Cup with the P Bruins in 99. Joe Sacco is great person and hope the best for him but we need a coach who is going to get the Bs back to their routes – the Big Bad Bruins. Under Montgomery and Sacco we lost that. We were not a physical, mean, nasty team to play against . You look what Berube is doing with Toronto – the Chief, and what Berube did to us in 2019 when we played the part of the more talented team but not as physical as we were minus, Lucic, McQuad, , Z, a young Marchand and Burgeron and they wore us down.
We need to get back to playing that way, the Bruins way. I'd like us to pick Porter Martine if he is available at 5 because the kid is a a Bruin with his tough physical play. If Toronto wins the Cup, my hope we can slide in and get Mathew Knies RFA and if Jacobs offers Knies a fat contract maybe Toronto to doesn't match it because everyone else has to get paid. Knies is young and tough and you could see Martine and Knies playing on the 1st line some day.
