Only thing I wasn't a fan of from the Wild's coaching was putting Buium out there with the man advantage. That's such a high pressure situation for someone in their first NHL game.
Maybe put the easter egg magnets on the board when no goals are scored in regulation
Refs already helping vegas. First game and already vegas got a power play late in the game to take away any momentum Minnesota had or to prevent the goalie pull. Just like they did the entire regular season. Unbelievable

The Score Mobile & ESPN apps both showed 2 for 2 on the PP for Vegas. J.E.E. with the high stick in period 2 & Boldy with the trip in the 3rd.
So funny that this has been one of the closest games of the playoffs. This year is not looking good.
Glad to see the refs are still being paid off by Vegas, there team needs all the help they can this year
Wild need to win game 2 and 5 because we all know they play better on the road.
I thought Vegas played a solid game but certainly not what they can play. I though Minnesota played quite well. That being said, IF Minnesota get's a little better and Vegas doesn't this will b a very close series. If Vegas get's better as well it won't be.
From Minnesota. Blaming the refs makes me sound like a sore loser, but the it was brutally one-sided. The worst was Vegas got away with a dirty cross check on Kaprizov's back that slammed his face into the boards.

I'm a big Vegas fan but was really impressed with a lot of the Wild's play. They by no means are going to be an easy out.
Howden and Dorofeyev are both young, talented players. They really are developing to complement the older, veteran players.

Vegas really sniped in this game. 2 sneakers (Hertl and Howden) and a beeper (Dorofeyev).

I am an oilers fan. I hated the reffing in this game, so many missed calls against Vegas, plus that time the ref helped pinch one of the players off the faceoff so that vegas would have an open man on the powerplay.
I was impressed that Minnesota was able to hang with Vegas as long as they did, although the Knights do have a habit of keeping the other team in a close game on the scoresheet while dominating them. The time between getting the puck and someone flying at you in the Vegas end of the ice makes it hard to execute plays. It's the equivalent of measuring "time in the pocket" for quarterbacks in football and Vegas has always been good at keeping that as minimal as possible. That lack of weakness on the blueline and heavy game are what allows them to win with goaltending that's just average or above average in the NHL.
Time for revenge against Vegas for how they treated Fleury when they traded him. Wild win in 7

Not a fan of either team but Minni press is very upset with officiating. They claim there were 2 egregious non calls against Vegas that should have been penalties.
Wild wont play this well again in the series, still VGK in 4.

It's wild that Zuccarello is still an effective players years after the Rangers dumped him because he was too old for the rebuild while Zibanejad, who they held on to they now want to get rid of. Maybe they kept the wrong Z.
