Love Catesy. I know he said he's more of a quiet "lead by example" type guy, but he's well on his way to becoming a leader. Listen to how he talks about his line mates this year:

When he talks about his own shortcomings, he says it as "lacking" where Ty and Brinker fill in, but he doesn't throw his own guys under the bus and say that they are lacking or weak in an area. Instead it's "I can help too," simultaneously acknowledging his strengths while giving credit to his team mates.
