We need DEFENSE.
Rempe really flashed these last couple of games, even carrying the puck up ice with élan. For me this season was a mirage in terms of player evaluation. First Drury created a moral & disconnect with the players. Then Laviolette instituted dreadful offensive & defensive strategies that made everyone looked bad. I don't think Mika & Kreids were as bad as they looked & one could see that toward the end. Team defense was horrible as players looked disorganized & dispirited. The ball is in Dolan's court!
Ny thinks if they have offensive talent and an elite goalie its enough.
