It's been five years with Kevyn Adams, and he keeps preaching accountability, but where is his own? Nothing has improved. The Sabres are in the same place as when he took over.
Adams is so feeble: Such low energy, unsure and apprehensive. The team takes on the identity of the owner, GM and coach. It's no wonder why this entire organization is so dysfunctional.

If Adams isn't fired yet idk if he ever will… I mean wtf what else can he possibly do to make things any worse then this? We are looking like we will be needing to rebuild for the 3rd time in a 10-12yr period yet we still are yet to see a single playoff game 🤦♂️
until we fire Adams this team will forever be the laughing stock of the hockey world
KA always talks about the long term plan and not jeopardizing that when making moves or acquiring players…how about you go all out to make the friggin playoffs and end this decade and a half of embarrassing hockey? Over pay for several good players and stop waiting for this “internal growth” that didn’t happen and isn’t going to happen next year.

I need to see at least one more year with Adams. Sabres fans are so desperate just to make the playoffs that they overlook what he is actually trying to build and accomplish. The goal needs to be develop a young team that can eventually win the Stanley cup. Our fans don’t consider how humiliating it would be to shoot ourselves in the foot just to have a flash in the pan team that can make the playoffs but can’t win.
Since missing the playoffs by one point we’ve gone down in points these past two seasons but Adams thinks we’re closer? Okay… He’d be canned sometime in between last season and now in 31 other franchises, but he has the two qualities Terry values most: a cheap salary and unconditional loyalty.

Sure Kevyn. We’re close. We just need a starting goalie, a top 6 forward or 2, about 3 or 4 defensemen (preferably guys that can actually play defense), a coaching staff that can teach special teams, some team toughness, some depth so we don’t implode when injuries occur, and the ability to develop players instead of watching them flatline into mediocrity. Oh, and find some leadership so we don’t have a team that completely collapses at the first sign of adversity. That would be nice too.
Another nominal season, not making the playoffs & no one is held to a higher standard. Recurring theme of mediocrity. Mr Pegula I would a hire of president of hockey oprerations out side the organization so they can evaluate the entire hockey department. GM Adams can serve in the business side Coach Ruff for now can hire his own assitant coaches for next year. The core is here Thompson& Tuch&3 highest paid defensemen & Promising youth. Need to add grit & toughness that GM Adams has trouble acquiring.
Not giving this team a dime until they make playoffs and as long as he is GM. Discontinued my seasons as a result. Enough. Adam's is a clown 🤡

The decision that needs to be made in order for the team to get bettrr are so obvious. First, the goalie position and the defense 1st mentality need to be addressed. Secondly, this lame duck "leader", Kevyn Adams has to be cut loose.

Watching jets game 1. We are so soft compared to these two teams. Every single forward and dman not named dahlin or Greenway does not play NHL physical! It's scary. These guys need major jump this summer in their bodies. They play scared a lot which leads to bad puck MGMT. If you're shying away from contact instead of taking the hit to say get it out of zone. You have no business playing. Did sammer have one fight? Quinn? Tage? Bryson? Everyone? How about start a fight, show some want to!
