    What a good show!!! I loved you were talking about Sanderson. I can't understand they don't know him better than that. He is one of the best at that young age. Our key players will be Pinto, Sanderson and Stützle for offense, and Greig, Tkachuk for keeping them straight. Go Sens Go!!

    I just think it's a great matchup. As pointed out several times, both teams are the top the league post TDL so I think it will be fun seeing them duke it out.

    Why I think this matchup favors the Sens is that the leafs' system hasn't worked against teams like the Sens or the Cats. I do think there's a real chance that the Leafs PP blows the Sens out of the water — with Norris gone from PK2 and players like Highmore and Hamonic benched (hopefully) our PK will have slow and or new players on the line that haven't had a lot practice. And if Hamonic is played in the game period, well, you don't need Marner or Mathews to pop off — Hammer will put in the net for you.

    Outside of management playing 23 I think my concerns are just based around the team's health. Like Sanderson getting hurt taking a hit along the boards — his signature take the hit make the pass is a lot riskier when facing the same opp night after night and they're looking to take you out. Ullmark could have some load management issues as well. Jensen going down early in the series and Travis bringing Travis in to replace him…

    But I'm excited for Pinner to go tongue out and Timmy Superstar to backhand-forehand on a net drive. Leafs are going to find out that 7PM is Bathtime. The Sens did it against Washington and they did it again tonight. They can do it against anyone. They're going to win it for Josh.

    One important thing no one mentioned is that the senators are much better looking than the ugly players on the leafs. Shane Pinto, Timmy Superstar, Ridley Greig, Drake Batherson, Claude Giroux, these are Hollywood looks. Then you compare to the leafs, Morgan Reilly, ugly. AM34, ugly. Marner? Weird teeth and jaw line. Tavares? Looks like a bartender at a Kelsey’s. Who do you want your kids to look up to? The studs on the sens obviously. Sens in 4. And even if they lose they win because they get the better tail by far.

    On a more serious note: the 5v5 scoring is going to be a huge story here. The leafs have multiple 30+ goal scorers. The send have zero this year – that to me is the biggest stat differential. The sens are going to have to score 5 on 5 because the reffing in this series is going to be hotly managed. They are going to only call even penalties for each team so as not to upset the fan bases (especially the leafs). I guarantee you this series will end with a manufactured penalty figure, both teams will have equal opportunities on the Pp. For the sens what this means is if they want to win they need to score regularly 5on5:

    Crazy that Leafs fans can't see that Jake Sanderson is in a tier of his own between the 2 teams dcores. It would be like Sens fans saying Stutzle is in the same tier as Matthews it's pretty embarrassing. I dont understand how anyone who watches hockey would argue any but Sanderson is the without a doubt best dman in this series and you can even use pts as an argument

    Tanev over sanderson is just embarrasing
