  1. MSL for the win for sure. Getting a young team like this into the playoffs from 31st in the league has got to be a worthy contender. Thank guys.

  2. Changes nothing

Needed to replace Savard for next year anyway

Same for Matheson can’t bring him back next year unless you plan on playing him on bottom pair

    Hutson LD
    Ghule LD
    Matheson LD
    Arber LD
    Strubble LD

  3. When you lack talent, you take risks and get injured… When talent improves, you get less injured

  4. David Savard is a warrior. I wish him the absolute best in whatever he chooses to do.

  5. So Savard has decided to hang them up after season's end and settle down? He has helped the younger defenseman. Wonder if he wants to stick around as staff of the team or not? Has been fortunate that very few long term major injuries occurred this season.

  6. savard deserves to sail into the sunset as his body took a lot of damage over the years,,he would make a great addition to the coaching staff,as a defensive coach he would be awesome

  7. Reinbacher….seriously? Can the Habs depend upon a guy who looks like he could be Kirby Dach 2.0 – a guy who is best described as a serious injury waiting to happen? Man do I ever hope I am wrong.

  8. You said it. You seem to be writing off Mailloux. That’s a mistake. 2 time all star in the AHL. If he’s not traded bring him up first. Some guys do better in the NHL. He can skate and produce.

  9. Martin deserved it, no doubt, but next year is the big year and expectations. Pressure will be on and we'll see the real Martin and what he can do with the youngters. Wish them the best and always GO HABS GO!!!!
