Skinner punched, pulled, no call – Tough Call Review
Skinner punched, pulled, no call – Tough Call Review
Jeff Skinner was punched in the head off a faceoff, and then had his jersey stretched while trying to backcheck, yet he’s the only one who got a penalty, after being scored on!
Skinner getting the only PIM on that play has to be the best way to sum up NHL officiating. This is maybe a little extreme, but shit like this is what happens when refs are told to "manage" a game, rather than actually call the rulebook. They get to overlook whatever they want, and call whatever they want "as long as pims are somewhat even on both sides by the end of the game". Its gross
I think I'm tired, but my stupid self was waiting for the classic "this is a play that has nothing to do with hockey and tough call would suspend these refs for bad officiating" hahaha

This is nothing new. Oilers never get the benefit, especially against an American team
Wonder what Skinner said to the refs to get the penalty.
St Louis is such a dirty team.
