Well, Cutter Gauthier has blown past Jamie in career goals already. Gauthier has 20 goals this year and is +9 while Jamie is -28 in 67 games. The 2nd islanders goal where Jamie got caught up the ice is an example of I don't really know where this rover idea leads to. If Drysdale is unusable in the shootout how can he be a legitimate rover?
Then we have Shaw as head coach where the goals against is skyrocketing. Anyone think his winning record is sustainable with that happening?

Exhibit A: Laughton with 2 points, and farabee getting a whopping 9 minutes of ice time, away from fake tough guy Tortorella, then Shaw is even bigger soy generation.
If this team was serious about winning they would hire Quenneville.
But they won't because they like Laughton soy. Just get 30 points a year like Poehling , head straight to the golf course and then show up at camp out of shape

Pelts is so easy to root for. Danny is a freaking genius. More goals since the trade than Frost and Beezer. I miss those guys but I love Peltier.
