Im happy about Kenny hes solid , he was the obvious choice.
I think Mika still has some milage left and may be able to contribute if he's on the wing. The main question is whether he's still worth $8.5M.

Was really pleased with Rempe's performance in last night's game. He looks more and more like a player, not just an enforcer. Conceded, he still has a way to go.
Overall, I'm really looking forward to next season and see what they do.
Sam Rosen will never be replaced in my eyes. He basically broadcasted Ranger games my whole life, watching at home will never be the same without the "Oh Baby" Phrase by both Sam or JD. Those two were amazing together. Joe isn't bad but i'm not a huge fan of his game calling. This is the least of the Rangers issues. There is so much that needs to change during the off-season and not a single move, other then who the new broadcaster in the booth will be. Now, call me crazy but how and why is that the first thing this team addresses? Like, seriously? My expectations for this current Rangers team is almost non-existing. They've become a joke and I'm not pleased by how everything is turning out.
I think Mika can be third line center under a new regime. Rangers already have too many wingers. Laba probably needs a year at Hartford. Roobroek plays center & he has had a superb year with the Wolf Pack. Kenny Albert was the obvious & great choice without a doubt!
As a SEVEN decade fan, I have had the pleasure of several excellent announcers, both TV and Radio. Gordon and Chadwick were wonderful, and Kenny's Father was fantastic on radio broadcasts. Sam was good, not my favorite, and Kenny will be a great replacement. Sadly, the changes the team needs are on the ice and in the offices. Crossing my fingers.
I don't know what happened to Mika, but he can move down to the third-line center. He is still better than Brodzinski, but 8.5 mill is too expensive.
Gotta address the defensive corps. Agreed, we are weak at the center position. We have enough good forwards.
We need a new voice. All young players regressed under this coaching staff. It destroyed Kappo and destroying Othmann, Gabe, and Alexis.
The Ranger fan will not only get to witness changes in the team but they will also get a new voice in the broadcast booth which will make next season exciting don't get me wrong there will always be one Sam Rosen with the voice or it's a powerplay goal and giving praise whether the Rangers or the opponent and most of all we will miss his TRIVIA.

Sam Rosen is a zero. For those of us who REMEMBER others, Jim Gordon was the man. The people here have only heard him. Now, that we got rid of Mistake King, Sam, we still have to deal with the zero personality of Joe M. Ugh. My opinions anyway.
If Mika is still on this team And Brodzinsky is playing everyday, then this team will have the same results. Get rid of deadwood and groom fast young players
