  1. Montreal playing like that against a team like this with the playoffs on the line was pathetic, zero energy and zero urgency to be honest they didn’t even deserve a point, Carolina will destroy them if they play like this again

  2. Does that mean you can over turn a Stanley cup if you find out ten years later it’s a call. What’s the time frame ?

  3. In this case though you’re rewinding back to the goal. So shouldn’t the habs get their 2nd shot again? It’s a flimsy case but being down a goal might change the way you approach your shot.

  4. The refs really did bad. That should have been a repeated try for Laine because believe it or not, you might shoot differently depending on what the score is in the shootout. Either way it stinks to see this stuff near the playoffs when it can change the outcome

  5. I had this on Chicago radio and even the Hawks radio announcers knew Nazar's shot was in. Gotta love how Jody Shelley, (who works for the Blue Jackets) keeps his poise when you just know he wants to say "Yeah Baby!"

  6. Why did the refs let Montreal continue on with the next attempt with out knowing where the puck was ?

  7. You would think the fans behind the net would have pointed out the puck stuck in the net, nobody said a word. Bad unsportsmanlike Montreal fans, shame on you!

  8. the higlights from the NHL youtube page completely ignored this. it just showed a presumed no-goal, then suddenly next player goes for his shot and the scoreboard shows a goal.

  9. Nhl pucks have tracking technology . The NHL's puck- and player-tracking technology utilizes 14 infrared cameras above each rink, positioned to cover all points on the ice. They track movement using sensors embedded inside the puck and players' jerseys. So much for all the tech.

  10. I don;t know how they missed it I watched the game and saw it go in right away and was like wtf are they doing?

  11. I knew it was a goal watching it live. Seemed like an obvious puck stuck in the mesh, especially when there was no loose puck on the ice after the shot. Refs are asleep half the time.

  12. I knew it was in too, live, then when they didn't get the puck out of the net I thought I was wrong and the puck had gone over the glass ! I guess that is what the 4 officials thought too LOL. 4 . And head office. At 4k resolution. Collectively, that's embarassing. It was clealy in on the original play!

The whole situation was even stranger than VC scoring 3 times in a minute against the Stars ! Add to it the Demidov show, the euphoric fans, and ultimate non decision on the playoffs ….a classic sporting event !! And why there are no sure things when you bet on sports. I'm sorry for the Habs, if they don't make it they need to reflect on why they underperformed in many of their recent games. Chicago could have had 5 goals last night, Montembault saved their asses over and over.

  13. yes it was in but according to the rule book once Laine shot they can not go back so the goal should have been nullified, the on ice officals screwed it up but the rules clearly state that it can not count… what is the sense of a rule book if they ignore the rule as it is laid out

  14. Yes Chicago scored, but the dummies in the Zebra Stripes can’t see that? Where did the puck go???

Are they really that incompetent……actually they really are .

Just pathetic officiating if you can call it officiating

    P I G S H I T

    Officiating
