A lot of players have a ton of knowledge of the rest of the league’s curves, flex and stick construction, so we’re putting them to the test to see who is the biggest stick geek.

My first ever stick in Initiation C way back in 2003 was from a broken Bauer Vapor stick that had been given to my local hockey shop in West Kelowna. It was a 90 flex sr shaft that had been cut down and a wooden blade put in, and I couldn't get my entire hand around the stick let alone flex the thing. Nobody could flex it!
Unsurprisingly, there was a steady stream of broken Weber sticks that went to the local hockey shops to be re-used.

Pretty easy if you read what's written on the tape on the stick . The names are written on them so all the players glance at the piece of tape
