Florida trailed 1-0 before Carter Verhaeghe and Jesse Puljujarvi scored in the second.
Vitek Vanecek made 26 saves — not including three in the shootout — to get the win. Anton Lundell scored the only goal in the shootout.
The Panthers conclude their four-game homestand (3-0) Monday against the New York Rangers.
