The same that is true with Gretzky is true with Ovechkin. They both stayed relatively healthy throughout their entire careers. I believe if Mario and Bossy had had full careers gamewise, the player Ovechkin would have been chasing for the goal record would be different. Throw Pavel Bure in there as well. There will always be what ifs about certain players as to what their stats would have been. In the record books the actual record number is the actual record number. Debating who is best at a certain aspect of the game is always fun though.

The comedy in this Leafs/Biz/Florida stuff is that after the Leafs loss last night to the Cats, they now go to Tampa tonight. Another loss there and the Leafs are probably not winning the division, finishes 2nd and ends up v Florida anyway. Because Florida has to basically win out and get help to pass both. My gut says Tampa wins the division on a tiebreak and Toronto is 2nd, Florida 3rd.
