Even before listening to the video, I just want to say Koivunen and McGroarty played just about 17 minutes each. The trust and expectations Sully and the staff have are apparent.

The kids did GREAT! Definitely held their own playing with Sid in their respective times doing so. A bright future and one or two more runs with sid in due time??
Jarry don’t need to be salvageable. He just needs to play well enough to be tradable.
There takeaways from the game, Koivunen can really skate and contribute offensively immediately, McGroarty looks way more ready for the physicality of the NHL than I thought he’d be, and Jarry might at least make himself look good enough to be traded for. Props to Sully for throwing both of the kids in the top two lines and PP units. It’ll be fun to watch how they play down the stretch.
McGroarty and Koivunen both to me showed they belong. Neither looked out of place yesterday, and I thought both had solid games.

DK, should the Pens need to hold on to Dewar and Timmins? Small sample-size, but I've loved what I've seen out of both.

Kuivenan looks so much better than McGrogrey. McG desperately needs to skate better.
Salvageable? Maybe but DK has one eye on that young buck coming through the system. I think his last name starts with a M.😂
Jarry has good and bad games. To sum him up perfectly, he is consistently inconsistent.
The best part about watching Koivunen and McGroarty is they actually post up in front of the net
I'm so glad to see the call-ups out there. The Pens may not make the playoffs this season but now at least I have something interesting to focus on during games as they play out the season.
I think it's good to bring these young players in for actual game play. Jarry deserves credit Thank you DK
Not trying to go negatively but man every game i watch letang, he trys doing the biggest play instead of the smart play and man is it frustrating. First this that comes to mind was the turnover breakaway in the last 4-5 minutes at the senators blue line. Just make the safe play instead of trying to out deke a much younger, savvyer player
I loved what I saw from ville and rutger, I thought ville would be better with Sid, I hope we see more from them.
I think Ville can be a solid 2liner. Rutger too but I actually think his ceiling will be a solid third liner. I just think he thinks he can be a top liner.
As a Who fan, can't help to say, you missed am opportunity here.
