When Ovi gets 900 goals. that will be another great milestone too!!!
One other milestone that Ovi will probably get next year is getting into the top 10 all time points scorers. He is currently number 11 at 1619. Sakic is at number 10 with 1641. Number 9 is Crosby.
What a week to be Ryan Leonard right now made his debut in his hometown, scored his first goal and got to be part of Ovi goal chase wow!!!
Hope Pro gets better soon, playoffs are coming! Ovi is a physical beast with unbelievable endurance among his peers. I can't see Draisaitl or Matthews making a run at Ovi's goal scoring records, both of those guys aren't built like a stout machine….miss Nicky, one helluva center for Ovi. Glad that he was on the road trip for 895, to see the friendship and their brothers in arms affection for each other
Auston Mathews has best shot, but his scoring will decrease with age.. and that's assuming he stays healthy
