Pius Suter scored a pair of goals in the final minute of the third in part of a dramatic comeback effort and Kiefer Sherwood potted the OT-winner as the Vancouver Canucks rallied to stun the Dallas Stars 6-5.

    So let’s put our thinking caps on. What does Bettman want? Surely not his beloved LTIR Golden Bettmans losing in the first round. Certainly not a small market Canadian team going all the way. So he gets Dallas to throw this game? Then gets St Louis to “go on a losing streak, and the Wild on a “winning streak?” Then, his beloved LTIR GB would play the weakest team in the conference Wild. And the small market Canadian team, best in the league, would get “rewarded “ by having to play the hottest team in the league Blues. Seems about right unfortunately. If the NBA, MLB and NFL are rigged, is it REALLY a stretch to say the NHL is as well? ( it’s not) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

    It’s too little too late for the season but this is a huge confidence boost for the Canucks that could pay off next season.

    I started watching in the third period, score was 3-1 Dallas, with 15 min left. I thought, cool, we're going to win. Then the penalty which led Van to score and made it 3-2. I thought to myself, I should turn this off. I didn't and continued to watch. Then, with over 2 min to play, Dallas gets 2 scores to make it 5-2. I say, now it's a win. Then I see the comback of the ages. This is the definition of a jinx.
