Who would you pick?
If the best player available is a winger, then you take the best player available rather than draft for need. You can do that in later rounds.

Great video! Agree with you on Misa as #1 pick if the Bruins get to pick first. If they pick 4th it's between Frondell (he sounds a bit like a young Bergy) Hagens and I believe Desnoyers needs to be in the conversation. Bruins will ruin Martone and turn him into Frederic. Either way, I REALLY hope and pray Sweeney and Neely are not making the picks. Can just see them "go off the board" and pick a guy like Cole McKinney.

My pick…best player available, embrace the tank and shoot for another top 5 pick next year. It's gonna take more than one draft to get the Bruins tracking upwards again. Although the remaining veterans might see it differently than me, especially Pasta and McAvoy.

Id be happy with Schaefer, Misa, Martone, Hagens, Eklund and Frondell, in that order. I am higher on Eklund than most, he doesn't have much size but I love the pace he plays with.

Would love Misa but probably won't get a shot at him. All the others are good but they all have a flaw or two that makes me reluctant.
why, for the love of god @bruinsdiehards, are we trusting Sweeney with this critical draft? Way too important, and you know he is targeting some bench-warmer 5'10" D from Harvard ranked as the ~50th overall prospect.

You know they will move mountains to draft Hagens. They have tunel vision when it comes to college players. I hope I'm wrong and they just pick the best player available.
Simple. Take the best center available. Boston can't F this up.
From everything I've read….there is a significant drop-off from #1 to everyone else (Schaffer). If the Bruins get #1, they either need to draft Shaffer, or trade the pick to move back 1 or 2 picks to still get a Center. Getting number 1 and not taking Shaffer would be a waste. If you get #1, and you don't plan on drafting Schaffer, you need to move back and get some additional assets (but only move back 1 or 2 spots so you still get a very solid player)
If the Bruins stay at 4, I would pick Misa (who likely won't be available) or Frondell before Hagans
If Boston had 1st pick I would take Misa if they get 4th pick Frondell and if he’s not there Desnoyer
