  5. Just this morning I was wondering if anyone had looked into OMAD, raw vegan, keto, paleo, or any regime that might work best for someone whose physiology is suited for it. No solids after 1900 hrs is something I've come across more than once. For shift workers it's always eat at the same time. The military is on a 20/4 schedule I heard.
