Juraj Slafkovsky was given a penalty for boarding on this contact with Sean Couterier. There was definitely a penalty in here somewhere so I might be splitting hairs, but I don’t know if boarding would be the one I’d want.
I think there are a lot of situations where one of two or three penalties could be called. In those situations, I think the refs just go with whatever they initially thought the penalty was and don't bother reviewing to make sure of the specific penalty which should be called as long as they are confident that a penalty occurred.
