Roy is not long for this job. He actually doesnt care
Duclair has played like crap and could be still hurt but Martin would have produced better then him for crying out loud and should have been playing over him .
I asked Roy about Duclair today and he said "Duclair? More like Dookie Layer!"
The Duke is sadly a bust, buy out or trade is the only options
You know Beauvillier is going to get an assist on Ovi's career high record breaking goal!
At this point duclair should just sit out and recover, no point in anyone banged up trying to play with playoffs getting out of reach
Don't care about Martin getting to 1000. Duclair, Engvall, Fasching, Martin all need to be let go. Let Palms walk (Lou already screwed up not trading him). Trade Pageau, Lee, Pelech, Pulock and Mayfield and just START OVER. This team is rotton at its core and needs to be rebuilt by someone not named Lamoriello.
Listen calum ricthie horvat and barzel top line with some decent moves in the off season this team could be good again also you dont get rid of a work horse like palms
Lou has got to go this team and organization are a mess. We need a young, fresh thinking GM to build a roster for today's NHL.

What is Roy going to do other then calling them out to the media, I mean he can not sit him out because we have nobody else in our forward group to draw back in and light a fire under his ass. Patrick Roy cant ask for a guy in Bridgeport to be called up to help out because my men's league team is better then the baby Islanders lol. This trainwreck of a team belongs to Lou who wrecked this roster and ruined the promise this team had going back to the Eastern Conference Finals against Tampa.

I have to say, I was one of the biggest critics when Lou signed Duclair. Of course I got some backlash about what a great deal Lou got signing him. To me being with 9 teams in 10 or 11 years, is not the deal some thought it was. It just tells me that 8 teams already witnessed what we’re witnessing now.
