Every player on this team has played more hockey then every other player/team in the world in the last two years. They need this time to rest, and get there legs. No other team is getting this time off for there stars and its going to be invaluable to the way they perform in the postseason. They play the single most physical brand of hockey in the NHL, and they probably play the best playoff hockey of any team I've seen in years. There style just translates to the playoffs. Mark it down, this will be the best thing that happened to this team, and a genius stroke to shut everyone down and not care about playoff positioning.
