I'm a caps fan I'm eating all this stuff up but even I question how much the script writers are laying it on us this season. 50th anniversary of the team, running away with the conference, Ovi breaking one of the most famous records in sports. I am conditioned to expect a first round exit coming up here.

Feels like childhood died today. I was always called Ovechkin all my life because I played exactly like him. I wasn't copying, it's just my natural position on the left wing. So many years gone since that first goal. Best wishes to all hockey players!
