As a Wings fan, I could tell they went into full clock-killer mode right after the goal and was immediately dreading it. It felt like some of the games early this season where they’d go up early then just shut themselves down. As soon as the Blues tied it I knew we were only getting one point.

I'll be the first to admit it. I was in the group that was calling into question Binnington's maturity and ability to handle the stress of the NHL, after being an integral part of the team that won the first Cup in Blues' history. His behaviour over the last couple years was… not great.
And then he goes and pulls a stunt like this, and reminds me that he's not let the fame go to his head. He's just that damn good, and he wants to make sure no one forgets it.

Squid fan here, I know nobody wants to be an Eastern conference team, but the Western conference is an absolute warzone right now. The blues are completely knocking over every remaining domino with this win streak. I'm really excited for this year's playoffs. And I'm not usually excited for playoffs hahaha
