Down on the farm, Taylor Gauthier was named the ECHL Goaltender of the Week and the Baby Penguins signed a forward out of Maine to an amateur tryout contract. Finally, they take a look at the week ahead that will see the Penguins take on the St. Louis Blues, Dallas Stars, and Chicago Blackhawks.

Congrats to sid and noel. Goaltenders are soo hard to predict and develop. I would hang on to all 3 prospects as long as i could. Tough week ahead. Binnington was awful against the pens in the 1st meeting. Hopefully he is again. Will be pleasantly surprised if pens beat stars. Pens are better then the blackhawks and should win that one but anything can happen. Looking forward hopefully a great week of hockey. Glad to hear mention of my nittany lions. Will be surprised if they beat boston. Either way a great turnaround for psu. We are!!! Saw bemstrom was waived and cleared. Wondering if that means geno is close to returning or is it to help wbs until ville and rutger return.
