Stolarz 1st star! He was great , yeah he would’ve probably liked the first goal back , but second goal he had no chance he was screened like crazy 5 guys in front of him . I was at the game . That’s 3 in a row for Stolarz where he’s been very good . IMO it’s Stolarz net to lose for game 1 in playoffs . 7 more games left prob 3 for woll and 4 for Stolarz . Enless Stolarz falls off and woll is lights out for rest of his starts it’s Stolarz game 1. Numbers don’t lie and he’s among the top 5 in league for save percentage and g.a.a. He’s actually 3rd in save percentage. Go leafs go!!!
Good goaltending and defence wins cups . We have both , let’s just hope it stays that way and we stay healthy . Go leafs go!!!!
Laughton will be good in playoffs I feel . Jarnkrook needs to come out and pach in when healthy . The problem with having domi and Laughton on same line is there both one of the worst if not worst defensively .

These two need to tone it down with the big statement win. The panthers were missing their 2 best forwards and best defenseman. I mean its cool they won't but they squeaked by a team with missing stars…..
Excellent game. All leaf goals were well earned and awesomeness pro plays. Goalie wise, to put things in perspective goalie wise, Stolarz was the back up goalie to Bobrovsky.
One of the best under the radar Leafs has to be Benoit. He just loves to take the body and does it multiple times in the game. He's solid and reliable. Love it.

Great win the top guys produced. It will be payback sat night vs Columbus after the last game where Columbus dominated the leafs.
Our bar for the leafs is so comically low. Good win but if you are a cup contender you expect to win this game. Get to conference final and I might start believing in this team. Otherwise this is still the team I believe in the least after the rookie year for Matthew’s.
Bottom 6 needs to pickup if the team has any chance post season.

A Panthers MASH unit, missing 3 all stars, new guys mixing in, players out of position, second night of back to back on the road, controlled most of play and were just too gassed to sustain. Will take a Leafs matchup in first round over Ottawa or Tampa any day. Knies is amazing though, what a killer.

Stolarz is starting game one. It's crazy that in 7 Playoff Games Woll has 0.933 SV%. And a 0.964 SV% in last year's playoffs. I know, I know, small sample size.
NHL Refs are the most inept officials in all of professional sports. Shame on them.

I've been saying this for weeks, but Stolarz is objectively outplaying Woll and Stolarz should start game 1 of playoffs. He's played his ass off, he's a revelation for this team (think how many teams, how many years we suffered under Dubas and NEVER having a solid starting goalie??), and he deserves the net. He's played his way to the starting position, and Joe Woll could easily (and probably) will be the future of the franchise. But we're not thinking future. We're thinking right now. And personally, I'll take the goalie who is top #5 in SV% and GAA. Everyday. GLG!!!!
