I agree with you continuing to lose would not necessarily be a bad thing. With the season the Bruins have had we are owed the #1 or 2 pick. 🥴 Even if we make the playoffs it won't improve what is wrong with the franchise. The Bruins need to get the prospect pool replenished since there is not much that can be done about the bad contracts from the off season. I will add I for one would not mind seeing Tortorella named the Bruins coach. I think it is time for a firebreather not a players coach.
Playoffs should not even be a consideration, they should lose the last nine games. Hoping they can make a successful pick.

At this point they might as well tank the rest of games to try to get highest pick possible!? Bruins would need to be extremely lucky to make playoffs and they don't need to be even trying to make playoffs!? Even if they got insanely lucky they obviously wouldn't make it out of 1st round so y bother trying now!? Just tank games to try to get team best pick possible…as bad as last few games have been I'm hoping they've already started tanking!!?? I hope they can get real good pick,they need to score a good pick and hopefully they can do something crazy in free agency and get some good players too for next season!!??

there not going to even get close to the playoffs. a team that has not scored 200 goals, and a goal differential of minus 50. plus a tough schedule the rest of the way. this team is basically unwatchable.

Trading 5 player's from the roster was insane. 3 Coaches in 3 years shows lack of management credibility. Sad, really.
Playoffs? Nope. They’re already getting destroyed by bad teams and if by some miracle they made it as a wildcard, they’d be eliminated in 4 games most likely. Screw the playoffs. This team needs new blood and new management. We are now seeing firsthand the team Sweeney built. Can’t score. Can’t defend. Overpaying for bad players. This is going to evolve into a rebuild so the best place to start rebuilding is a new GM and President. They ruined this team and they need to answer for it.
They only team the bruins could beat in a best of 7 is maybe the Blackhawks at the moment ……. maybe . I think the AHL bruins might take them to 6 or 7 games

They're closer to last place in the east than the wild card and after those trades they're falling.
I don't care what most experts in the media say Sweeney IMO is a lousy GM when it comes to drafting, contracts, he just didn't prepare for life after BErgy and Krejci.
0-4 on current road trip and being outscored 21-6 I'd say is tanking for sure

Sweeney cannot be involved in this years draft and rebuild he is simply incapable of constructing a playoff ready team.
Current Bruins playoff thoughts are delusional at best…This unsuccessful season should end mercifully at 82 games…
